A highly decorated US Navy SEAL Captain with 27 years of proven leadership in the most challenging and complex no-fail environments, Leif Mollo successfully transferred his unique expertise into the world of professional sports and the tech/gaming industry. After retiring from the military he served as the Head of Athlete Wellbeing for the NHL's Anaheim Ducks Hockey Club. At Riot Games, he led Leadership Development programs and served as a Program Manager and Producer in the Game Pillar's Central Creative Department.
