A highly decorated US Navy SEAL Captain with 27 years of proven leadership in the most challenging and complex no-fail environments, Leif Mollo successfully transferred his unique expertise into the world of professional sports and the tech/gaming industry.  After retiring from the military he served as the Head of Athlete Wellbeing for the NHL's Anaheim Ducks Hockey Club.  At Riot Games, he led Leadership Development programs and served as a Program Manager and Producer in the Game Pillar's Central Creative Department.  

Leif is known as the ultimate team player, with a reputation for taking on the hardest jobs and solving the toughest problems.  He was consistently sought after by senior military leaders for strategic perspective, nuanced perception, objective analysis, creative vision, and calm presence.  He mentored countless junior military personnel throughout his career and continues to coach and mentor high performing professionals today.  Every role he held was an opportunity to leave it better than when he started, improving productivity, performance, and culture.

Leif was the recipient of the prestigious, peer-nominated US Navy's Stockdale Award for Inspirational Leadership following his tours as the Commanding Officer of both SEAL Team 8 and SEAL Team 4.  He has successfully led elite, high performing teams in high stakes environments, from small teams in the single digits to thousands of multi-national forces.  His close and diverse work with professional athletes, coaches, game industry leaders and creatives has added additional unique dimensions and perspective to his experience.  Leif thrives on helping others achieve their goals and overcome adversity.
